Thank You, Donovan McNabb

Thanks for all that you did for the Philadelphia Eagles.

I'm amazed that people don't appreciate Donovan. We never had a good team to root for the the length of time that Donovan was the key player. Yea Van Buren and Van Brocklin had a good year or two or three in the very, very distant past, but nobody had 10. Randall and Ron had some good years, but no one was close to McNabb. Thanks, Donovan.

Thanks haphar.

If Randall had an offensive line, a running back who could run, good wide receivers and a tight end with good hands, he could have been really special. Buddy Ryan just didn't know much about offense and didn't care. Jaws was underrated, and incredibly some thought he was stupid because of a prejudice against Polish-Americans. Donovan did a lot of good things; Charles Barkley didn't win a title, either, and yet his popularity differs markedly from Donovan's. I try to dwell on the positives, and there were many with McNabb.
